Performance Measurement Analyst

THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• BA/BS degree with a minimum of 4 years mutual fund industry experience
• Experience in reports preparing or performance measurement focused position
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with technical proficiency, Eagle Star Accounting, SS&C Sylvan, and Bloomberg
• An understanding of Index and Benchmark usage and data
• Experience in Fund accounting
• Ability to plan and prioritize assignments through multi-tasking while dealing with competing deadlines
• Strong knowledge of Excel

The person who secures this role will:

• Calculate and report performance and attribution results for company clients
• Provide data to database companies and clients including portfolio holdings and information to calculate accurate performance and statistics
• Analyze reporting output and identify possible issues
• Field and respond to client inquiries and escalate issues
• Exhibit a sound understanding of company products and services
• Respond to internal and external audit requests promptly and accurately
• Assist in the coordination of new business implementations and conversions
