Project Manager

THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
• Agile training and experience desired, particularly as a Scrum Master
• Experience with Integration Management Risk Management
• Experience with Cost Management Scope Management
• Experience with Change Management Communication/Stakeholder Management
• Experience with Human Resource Management Time Management
• Experience with Quality Management Procurement Management
• Knowledge of Motivation Conflict Management and Resolution
• Knowledge of Team Building Influencing
• Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring Facilitation
• Knowledge of Emotional Intelligence Envisioning

The person who secures this role will:

• Manage projects according to the IT PMO Framework
• Set expectations with Stakeholders regarding project outcomes as well as, success, and completion criteria
• Build and maintain positive collaborative relationships with stakeholders and engage IT groups
• Minimize Iron Mountain exposure and risk
• Manage scope and mitigate risk
• Work closely with the business functional areas, and external customers and vendors in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding.
• Provide leadership and direction to the application development staff
• Provide mentoring and coaching to Project Managers and Junior Project Managers
