THE ROLE:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience
- Agile training and experience desired, particularly as a Scrum Master
- Experience with Integration Management Risk Management
- Experience with Cost Management Scope Management
- Experience with Change Management Communication/Stakeholder Management
- Experience with Human Resource Management Time Management
- Experience with Quality Management Procurement Management
- Knowledge of Motivation Conflict Management and Resolution
- Knowledge of Team Building Influencing
- Knowledge of Coaching and Mentoring Facilitation
- Knowledge of Emotional Intelligence Envisioning
The person who secures this role will:
- Manage projects according to the IT PMO Framework
- Set expectations with Stakeholders regarding project outcomes as well as, success, and completion criteria
- Build and maintain positive collaborative relationships with stakeholders and engage IT groups
- Minimize Iron Mountain exposure and risk
- Manage scope and mitigate risk
- Work closely with the business functional areas, and external customers and vendors in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding.
- Provide leadership and direction to the application development staff
- Provide mentoring and coaching to Project Managers and Junior Project Managers
