Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience (computer science degree preferred)
Minimum of 7 years demonstrated experience with writing business user requirements and functional specifications
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system
Excellent or and written communication skills
Knowledge of software development and the system implementation life cycle
Knowledge of client-server, database, system design, and technical architecture concepts
Basic understanding of data modeling
Strong direct database SQL query/analysis abilities
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Transfer Agency data, processing, and reporting
Financial Services industry knowledge preferred
Knowledge of Business Intelligence
Knowledge of JIRA Agile development software
The person who secures this role will:
Work closely with other members of the team to perform data analysis, solutions design, testing, and release management across multiple systems
Comply with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulatory requirements including user access and maintenance of key records
Assist team members in evaluating and implementing vendor tools and processes
Work with non-technical end users to interpret and document user requirements and develop functional specifications
Participate in meetings with technical groups to ensure that all design questions (e.g., application security, data feeds, etc.) are addressed through the business analysis process
Ensure the timely and accurate processing of internal client requests
Develop a “partnering” relationship with clients through continuous business education
Serves as subject matter expert process, and/or operational proxy for end users in targeted areas of focus
