THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High level of knowledge in supporting a Windows based client computing environment
  • Ability to install and configure tablet, laptop, desktop, printers, and other peripherals
  • Robust hardware troubleshooting skills and significant user support experience in enterprise-wide organizations using automated deployment tools
  • Experience supporting Microsoft suite of applications including Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Knowledge of collaboration & audio video technology
  • Ability to provide support of meeting room technologies and hybrid meetings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

The person who secures this role will:

  • Provide necessary customer service to ensure user community gets the maximum value from available technical resources
  • Provide hardware life cycle and technology implementation services
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level endpoint support
  • Hybrid meeting support
